FAQ
Questions about pricing.
Do you charge per label?
No per-label markups. You pay the platform fee, and carrier rates pass through at cost (yours, or ours at wholesale).
What counts as a shipment?
Any outbound parcel with at least one tracking event. Cancelled-before-pickup labels do not count.
Can I switch plans?
Any time. Prorated on the next invoice. Downgrades honored at the next billing cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly or annual billing, no multi-year lock-in. Enterprise contracts are 12-month terms with a 30-day exit window.
What about duty and tax?
Duty and tax are paid by your customers (DDP) or by the consignee (DAP). Forto never marks them up.
